    Photos taking up entire page

    Everything was working fine and I have not changed anything. Members are posting photos for their ad and it takes up entire page or a chunk of it. To fix this I tried to set max photo upload size to 500kb but it is still happening. Help please!? Here are a couple links to show the prob, this just started happening 2 days ago along with my other problem of people posting ads and it going straight to pending, even though I have moderate ads setting set to no:
