    Unhappy Post ad not working

    Hello,

    I need Help Urgent....

    I have posted one ads at http://www.mymehsana.co.in/ads/comp/

    it shows me


    Whoops! Page Not Found.

    The page or ad listing you are trying to reach no longer exists or has expired.


    Please help me ....

    I have few question

    1] i want to disabled USER ad posting only admin can add post ad.
    2] i want to display add as i want...
    3] i want to customize home page and want same as now on different link

    its very critical for me ... please help
