When I try to post ad on my website, I get error

php & mysql version
PHP Version 7.2.29
MySQL Version 10.3.22
server: windows
classipress Version: 4.1.5
I am using A2 hosting (not bluehost)

Step 1: Click Post an Ad button
Step 2: Select Category Dogs and Puppies and Subcategory, click Go
Step 3: Error

I tried this with other subcategories (e.g. GoldenDoodle), same issue
