    Price per Category: Not fucntioning properly

    When I have the "Price per Category" function activated the category drop down menu is not available (not visible at all on the screen) on step 1 of posting an ad. Also the admin screen (Settings | Pricing) is somewhat off--there is a column missing to enter pricing. Attached screenshot.jpgis a screenshot. Has anyone experience this? thx
