    Pricing Model to charge end users for featured ads and dealers for all ads?

    Hello,

    on my site www.used-fishing-tackle-depot.com I am currently charging only for featured ads, but I want to give personal ads the option to upgrade to a featured ad and dealers will have to pay for all ads.

    can I sell featured ads to consumers and ad packs to dealers or???

    Can you tell me how I would go about this?
