Problems with sidebar contact form

Hello, i'm having problems with the contact form on the sidebar of the ads, it's not working.

Where i have to put the email that this contact form sends emails to?

It's the email under the "Email" section in the Admin menu? I have putted it there but it's not working...

Any way to edit the php and put manually the email adress?
