Problems Updating to 3.0.4 to 3.0.5.2

I upgraded to the latest version, but the tags not moved in its entirety, became as if they were part of common inputs and not under the new structure of the update.

I feel this is something that benefits me a lot because those tags and detect the browser, now with this new structure the SEO work is lost in its entirety, because the inputs are not recognized by the XML-Sitemap Generator, then a question which is novelty in this update, if you buy the application was because we wanted to potentiate this tool with the sitemap generator, now that was useless, you run the risk of being penalized by search engines, any solution for this?
