Search Function Not working correctly
So the Classipress search feature does not work correctly.
It uses ad tags for related suggestions (as you begin to type - like Google), which is nice, but if you select one of these auto-suggestions, it will not show the ads tagged with the search term.
For Example:
If I begin searching for "classipress bugs" as I am typing Classi... the option for "Classipress bugs" shows in the search term dropdown. If I select "Classipress bugs" as my search term, it will not show ads tagged with "Classipress bugs." As a more specific example from my site, if you look at the attatched image, if I select the first suggested search term, only 4 ads show up, but there are actually 15 ads tagged with this term.
This is a flaw, because if ad tags are the search term suggestions but actual ads tagged with those search terms do not show in the Search results, then you are not providing a very poor user experience.
This is important because, atleast on my site, the Search feature is the NUMBER 1 most used aspect of the site and I am sure it is the same for many other Classipress sites. Run some on-page hotmaps and you will see for yourself.
Anyway to fix this? Please, it is important.
