    Second time now i uppgrade and same issue

    This is the second time i upgrade and i get the same issue i open a thread before but since nothing been done since 3.15 i open one more.
    I understand that you create a test ad when i install a new version but every time the ad show this error even if the rest of the site is ok

    I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
