see ads only in subcategory

afte user submit new car in search we only see model not make
we check everything first we thing its filter problem
but then we go to
wp admin and see in ads list that any new user ad is only added in one categroy in subcategory/model
we open any of this ads and in right sidebar we see that ads are only added to subcategory like astra but no opel then we do this manuel
then we go to filter press f5 and all cars are in categroy/make like opel and subcategory/model like astra
how can we automatic add any new ad to category and subcategroy and not only in subcategory
