Some problems after update CP 3.3

Hello,

I updated today to CP 3.3 and now some things are gone or so:
- In the navigation are now just home/categories/blog, all other pages are not displayed...
- The Plugin "ClassiPress Links & Ads" also not working (deactivatet/activated)
- Get a message in the Dashboard:
The default WordPress login page is still accessible.
After you ensure that permalinks on your site are working correctly and you are not using any "maintenance mode" plugins, please disable it in your theme settings.
