1.0.1 Update Problems

Ok, well I went ahead and FTP'd the new files and now I am missing some of the images and when I choose a theme color option, it doesn't stick... There may be more issues, but I'm sure they're all related.

Also, under Themes, the Child Theme is still selected, but it shows the old version, Version 0.1.0

I rarely use Child Themes, so I'm wondering where I went wrong here. It looks like the file permissions are ok.

Any help would be appreciated.
