    Support Team? Where are you?

    I have reported 4 bugs in version 3.3.3 and haven't seen any response from the support team. Given the price of this theme and the annual renewal, it's normal that buyers expect that they will be there to at least look into these. Sad to say, they don't. Good thing though, the community is very active in helping each other though this should have been done by the so-called support team. I've encountered 2 couple of bugs reported 4 years ago and are still present in the current version.
