    TinyMCE in Editing Pages

    Hi!

    I'd like to edit my pages with some basic formatting... headings and such. Normally the TinyMCE editor is shown under "Design View" in every Wordpress theme, but this time, I don't even see the tabs for Design View or HTML view. I'm just trying to edit a page, not an ad - so I'm curious why those aren't there?

    I thought it was my browser or possibly scripting or something turned off, but I've tried it in IE, Firefox and Chrome - and nothing shows.
