    The translation it francais of the site is not made in spite of check of the paramete

    Hello,
    My classic press theme is not translated in French.
    I indeed have to verify in config.php in the instruction language that I indeed have (define (' WPLANG ', ' fr_FR ') but my site always stays in Englishman(English people), you could specify me what I have to make.
