    Updated to 3.1.9 and cant get language translation to work

    Just updated to the latest 319 version of classipress and my language translation does not show.
    I also read at this site something that I suppose is changed to newer versions, which was that you needed to create a language folder in wp-content. So I did but the language does not show. In the old version it works great. What to do?
