    Upgrade from 3.0.5 to 3.1

    Hi,

    I just updated my website from 3.0.5.4 to 3.1

    I had made a backup copy from V3.0.5.4 of the header.php, footer.php, a copy of one of the theme css(red.css) - it's theme-footer and theme-header and also the Style.css file.

    I uploaded these and did an overwrite of the new files in 3.1 to retain the sites old design. Will this affect any of the new functionality and features that are in 3.1? Especially since I did an overwrite of the style.css?

    Please let me know...
