    Upgrade for Custom Layout

    I like some of the new updates to Classipress and would like o integrate them into my custom layout website. I have gone to the admin panel of wordpress and then tried to upload the theme but it said folder already exists - failed. How do I get the updates to my site folder? Any help would be great, thanks
