    Upgraded to 3.1.4, but upgrade nag message still appears

    Upgraded to 3.1.4, but upgrade nag message still appears in the wp admin dashboard. Same type of bug from a previous upgrade, how can this manually be fixed as it is annoying. I have activated and deactivated the theme several times, does not help, same with plugins...
