    Users getting email spam

    My users are getting spammed through the contact email option. I know this because I get a bcc of every email sent. It's not comment spam but email.

    What is best to do? Does anyone have a plugin that can deal with this? Or make the captcha sum more difficult? Or ban ip addresses from emailing?

    Anyone had this problem and solved it?
