    Version 3.9 Bug - No Toolbar & Image Unloading for Ad Posters - Not Functioning

    Ever since I updated to version 3.9 a couple of days ago, my ad posting users no longer have access to the tool bar to create bold text, links, etc in their user ads or upload images. Of course this is a huge issue causing a lot of calls and unhappy users of my site at http://www.bigtimeclassifieds.com Is there a fix for this issue or must we just wait until a new bug free version is available?
