Whats wrong with this code??? 468x60 ad banner wont show

Im trying to add a custom banner. The same banner works fine on a site of mine that is not running wordpress.
Im sure im missing something simple here. When i paste the code into the 468x60 header ad, just the code appears on the site.

Im not good at looking at code but im learning. I just dont know what im looking at.

I spent a solid 2 hours trying to get this to work before posting it here. I think i read about 500 forums posts.
