MySQL server crash for login user !!

Hi,
Recently I found there are lot of MySQL server crashes in the error log, see blow at the bottom. my web site allows user to register and become an contributor, as a contributor, all their post need to be approved. I tried to reproduce this MySQL crash by login as a contributor, but I can not find out how they make MySQL crash.

My wordpress version is 4.4.5. clipper version: 1.5.1-dev.

I searched the internet for this issue, I did found out a similar one, URL: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/...-gone-away-12/, this issue exists on wordpress 4.3 and it is fixed in 4.3.1, while my wordpress runs on 4.4.5.

so far I block the IP address which cause the MYSQL crash, but this does not work. I still see new crash every day, maybe there are other user or if they are spammer, they use different IP address. The last choice is to disable all the contributor accounts, but this will decrease the site functionality, so I don't want to do that.

I would like to know how to prevent the Mysql server crash. please advise ASAP.
