Theme options not saving and can't upload printable coupon image

Hello, I've upgraded the clipper theme for a client. It's always been in english.

1. No options are saving when i check boxes to turn on options under the Clipper Settings section. I was having trouble changed the theme colour too and ended up hardcoded the theme change in the CSS for the child theme. I'll click save but nothing saves.

2. When we create a new coupon and choose 'printable coupon' from the drop down, there is no where to upload the coupon image.

3. I can't attach a logo to a new store entry either. i get this error when uploading the logo to the media part " Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post."
