Upload/insert image problem

Hello there,
I'm having a problem when adding a new printable coupon:

in Dashboard / Coupons / Add New, when i add an image after some text i just enter, using the Upload/Insert (Image) feature, and then choosing Insert into Post (from my Media Library), the chosen image is associated with my Print Coupon URL (image) instead of being inserted where i want it to be.

I tried looking for the file where i could try and fix this, but due to my limited knowledge of either wordpress structure, or PHP, for the matter, i would like to know if someone could help me out.
