May be its the most stupid question, but sorry i couldn't find "Featured Coupons" feature ?

How to active this one on home page ?

I didn't find any option during coupon post / stores or admin area ?

Someone told me i need atleast 5posts to show it up - but ... it didn't happen !

Can you please tell me how to active it ?
