Front Page and Freelancer Problems

Frontpage - change Background Picture is not working through the Theme Customising option.

So I have made a front page with Elementor and switched off the Show "Freelancer" on the front page as the "Top Freelancer" shows the Post as their content.
This is a fault in the theme - some Bug.

Where do I change "Freelancer" to the Name of "Contractor" as in New Zealand and Australia - Freelancer is not a standard description for a Trades Person.

In "Freelancer", I changed mine now to https://taskmaster/contractor - I get the newest Blog Displayed in the profile of the "Freelancer" - this is also a bug.

Also, where do I get the advertising on the sidebar changed as it is going to the Theme site - I want that switched off or accessed so that I can change this to my advertising.

The blog page from the HireBee theme displays the whole Blog and not a short extraction; if you have 10 Blogs, for example, the page will go forever. So I had to make an Archive Template with Elementor to overcome the problem. This is another Bug
