Problem with HireBee theme (could be a bug)

When I try to log into my admin (wp-admin) it redirects me to the HireBee website login page. When I try to log in I get these warnings and I haven't even started editing anything yet. I was on the phone with my host (Godaddy) for over an hour and they came to the conclusion that it is a problem with the theme itself. Please help!
When I log in I get a blank screen with this message:
