Best way to ensure old jobs are taken down

Since this theme has no functionality to be plugged into Broadbean how onearth are you meant to manage job postings manually? recruiters will not return to take down their old jobs so how can this be managed?

I think the functionality to use broadbean is a must! and i dont understand why this has not been implemented.

Any suggestions on how to best managed this would be appreciated.
