calculation issue with tax charge

Hello,
See my example:

ORDER
featured option : 20 €
job offer : 69 €
taxe charge : 16,91 €
Total : 105,91 €

The calculation is wrong.
indeed, tax charge is 19,6% and 89 * 19,6% = 17,44 and not 16,91

It's seem that there is an issue with separator
My parameters are the following
Thousands Separator = .
Decimal Separator = ,

When i change decimal separator with "." instead of "," calculation is good.
But Paypal find an issue with bad format about the amount.
