    changing expiry date

    We have changed the expiry date in the ad and also adjusted the duration of ads in the dashboard to 90 days. Yet it seems that ads "disappear" early (after something like 30 days).
    In fact, some go to "retired", this is not that bad, but it did happen that they actually disappeared completely and could not be restored.
    Can we change the settings of duration or expiry date somewhere where it definitely overrules the preset 30 (or whatever) days?
