changing job pack expiry date

I want my jobs to expire after 30 days (even if the membership is for 1 month, 3 months or 1 year) to keep the content fresh.

Even after going to JobRoller / Job Packs and entering 30 under Job Duration...when a new job is posted it comes up as 45 days to be the job duration? I have changed a few manually but do not wish to change every post manually as this will be tedious...I know I have missed something...please shed some light...
