Double jobs/jobs in URL!!! How To Customize URL?

Hi,

I installed my WordPress in a sub-directory called jobs.

So when I activated JobRoller, there will be double URLs called jobs e.g.

example.com/jobs/jobs/web-designer

As I want my sub-directory to be called Jobs, how do I change "jobs" in JobRoller without having to modify my sub-directory? If it cannot be done, then can I rename it to another name? Having long URLs with the same name is bad for SEO. E.g.

example.com/jobs/web-designer

example.com/jobs/newname/web-designer

I have changed my Permalinks under Settings to Custom Structure: /%postname%.html but it doesn't help.
