    Error: Unable to create entry. - HELP!!!!!

    This has just started to happen and I haven't a clue how to fix it.

    When someone tries to submit a job, the form comes up, and everything is fine. But when you press submit... I get this error:

    Error: Unable to create entry

    Anyone have any ideas why this is happening???
