Featued job problem and Pay Pal paid but job pending

Hello all

When a user posts a job they should get an option to feature the listing in stage 2 ..
my current config does not show this option .... it all started when i deleted in error featured catagorie. I have now put it back but i think i have messed somthing up.

also i have a problem with my jobs showing as pending when they have been paid in paypal ..
i know there are a few issues in the forum like this but i can't find any resolution

If you can help me please reply ...
