Field jr_fx_apps_recipient_address

I noticed that when the Admin edits a Job in the WP Backoffice (Jobs Tab), he can add this field jr_fx_apps_recipient_address to which applications will be received for this Job.

That's perfect but when a Job Seeker applies to this job, his application is received twice to this custom email (jr_fx_apps_recipient_address):

1. A first email for the normal application
2. A second email with the same subject as the first one but prefixed by [Copy]

How can we get only ONE application (first email) without having the second?

Normally, only the Admin has an option to get a COPY of each application but not jr_fx_apps_recipient_address email address which can be some Recruiter's custom email, this Recruiter asked for.
