Indeed integration not working, and other issues.

Posting a new thread as my other requests for help have been completely ignored by support.
When I upgraded to 1.5.5 Indeed jobs were no longer being imported. I tested this on several clean installs and the problem reoccurred each time. When reverting back to an older versions jobs appeared again as normal. I also asked about slowing down the frequency of Indeed queries and why Indeed options have been removed from the updated control panel.
I requested help on all of these issues, but no response or help has been provided.
About a year ago I also asked for guidance on new EU website cookie legislation - some information or clarity to help Apptheme customers avoid large fines. Again, so response from support.
Appthemes - please respond to my support requests as I have serious issues and questions regarding this theme. If you aren't going to help, and are continuing to ignore my support requests then please provide a refund for my purchase forthwith.
Please don't delete this thread, you have continually ignored my support requests and this is a genuine plea for assistance from one of your customers. I've regularly praised your theme and support in the past, but recently things appear to have gone downhill somewhat.
Please restore my faith on your product, and support.
