    Job pack expires after purchase

    Job pack expires after purchase after a job Lister pays for a job the system sends them an automatic message saying your purchased job pack has expired. Causing lots of anger and confusion. I have verified that my sever time stamp is accurate and that the job packs are set to never expire. yet I still get the email automatically sent out. Where are the emails located can I delete this email from going out.
