Job packs remain inactive (even after successful purchase via paypal)
Hi,
I'm having the following problem with my new website that I'm currently testing:
• I've created 3 job packs. When I then create an employer account & purchase a particular job pack it doesn't become active even after I make a successful payment via paypal.
• I've tried with both my real paypal email and also a sandbox one. I'm able to successfully make payments, but then when I return to jobroller it just says "no active packs found" & I can't publish any jobs.
• Even if I log-out & log back in it still displays the same message.
• I even receive the emails: i) "Thank you for registering" & ii) a second one stating, "Your order has been submitted with success".
• I've closed my browser, cleared my cache using ccleaner etc, but still the same problem when I revisit the website.
• I've further deleted the employer account & re-created it several times but the problem still continues.
• I also switched themes to twenty eleven & twenty ten & then back to jobroller, but no change.
Can you help?
