Language packs, not everything is translated... what to do?
Okay, I have uploaded the nl_NL pack and noticed several texts that weren't translated, I have checked this for some other language packs: de_DE, sv_SE and pt_BR, and I noticed with these packs there were also some texts that are not translated into the target language, but to a lesser extent.
I have downloaded Poedit and checked the .po files of the language packs I mentioned.
First of all, for all of them it states that 100% is translated, but they have different numbers of strings:
nl_NL: 1560 strings
de_DE: 1912 strings
sv_SE: 1814 strings
pt_BR: 1814 strings
English source file: 1145 strings?
How come there's such a difference in the quantity of strings? (Of course some languages share more of the same words than others or they just use some more English, but is that the explanation for the difference in the quantity of strings?)

In the English source (pot) file I have searched for: 'strength indicator' and 'hint' and both of them are available, but this is not the case for 'search' and 'job keywords'
As you can see there are several words not being translated, and then I have only checked two pages, so there ought to be more of these.
What's the problem, are some of these words hard coded into the PHP-files? Can we add these words into the po-files? How can we get this fixed?
