Moving from free to paid listing

I would like to know how Jobroller handles free and paid job listings:

Currently I offer free Job listings for Job listers. After 1 month I want to close this offer and make Job listing paid. My question is how will the Job lister who have register in the free offer move to paid listing.

In other words if A is the Job lister and he is using the current free listing facility. When I introduce paid job listing, will JobRoller ask A to pay before listing his new Jobs.
