"My Profile" and Custom Fields

Hey

My jobboard (www.jobuate.com) is up and running! Except I've noticed that clicking on "My Profile" links to the 'edit profile' rather then the view profile. Is this the default? Has anyone changed this?

On a different note, has anyone added extra fields to the edit profile section, or even better, a groups function similar to that when creating jobs? Trying to make the site a little more social.

Would love to know of ways people have given users the ability to connect with each other better using jobroller and third party plugins.
