Register / submit a job

Hi,

When you want to register there is an option to signup as employer or job seeker. When you press 'submit a job' and you haven't signed up yet there is not. Is there a way to get the same job seeker / employer option in the submit screen also?
I also want to have a lot of people adding resumes so it would be also nice if the submit a job was the same as a add a resume button. No I am afraid that job seekers might not see right away that they can upload their resumes.
