ReListing Fee Not Working

Hello,

I am running the latest version of JobRoller but am having trouble with the relisting feature.

I have it set so that users can post a listing for free and to re-list it costs a fee. I am testing out the site but when I go to relist an expired item, it doesn't take me through to actually pay for the relisting despite having it set in the settings.
Settings are: Fee for New Listing: 0
Relistiing Fee: 10
No Job Packs

On this topic I was wondering as well:
- Where can I set a default number of days until expiry for listing bought not through a job pack?
- How can I get relistings to have their published date set to the current date so they move to the top of the list?
