    Submit a Job button missing

    I must be missing a setting somewhere - I don't have a "Submit a Job" button..

    I also did not have a "Featured" category pre-installed and a couple of other items - but, for now the "Submit a Job" button is the priority..

    Just curious if there is a setting/widget that I should enable..
