Text in Preferences to small

Hello, I'm having some problems in the Dashboard Page when I login as a Job Seeker.

The text below the "My Dashboard" Button is too small (default text is "Submit your Resume, update your profile, and allow employers to find you!")
And on the preferences tab, the text in the forms is so small it is almost impossible to read.

How can I fix that?
