    Texy input fields not working on Chrome, Firefox

    I have just noticed that the text input fileds for Job Description and How to apply are not working properly on Chrome and Firefox.

    I can fill in the two input fields on IE, but on Chrome and Firefox, I cannot add any information.

    I'd appreciate if you can tell me how to fix the problem.
