Special thanks to Mike for spending so much time to figure out what was going on with my JR / PayPal issue. Issue appears FIXED! (I sure would not wanna be a s/w developer full time - what a nightmare)
As an aside: If anyone has the answer to why the employer sign up info comes unformatted in a txt attachment - that would be the next step on my journey.
