two persistent bugs: submitting job registration and copy/paste

I've been experiencing two major bugs in jobroller for months now and am hoping to get them finally resolved. I put the 1.5.5 update in place this morning but both bugs persist at www.adaptistration.com/jobs

Job Submission Registration Bug
1) When new users register via the "submit a job" button on the homepage, they are taken to a registration screen that does not provide any way for them to identify if they are a job lister or job seeker (http://www.adaptistration.com/jobs/f...ion-screen.jpg) but does have what looks like the job submission process indicators at the top of the pate.
2) Unfortunately, after completing their registration, the user is taken to the user dashboard (http://www.adaptistration.com/jobs/f.../dashboard.jpg) instead of continuing to what should be the next step in the submission process.
3) Prior to the 1.5.4 update, the system worked fine whereas it took the new user right into the next stage in the job submission process. But now users are getting confused as they don't know where to go or what to do from the dashboard since it doesn't have any tabs for submitting a job, only the resume and preferences tabs (which makes me think this is the job seeker dashboard).

Copy/Paste Bug
Every single user is experiencing identical issues with copy/paste from a MS Word document. It carries over all of the junk MS code that WP does a fine job of filtering out in standard content metaboxes. As such, I don't know what the problem is here but I have to go in and manually clean up every job submission by hand, which is a huge time drain and makes me look bad as the job submitters think their posts look like garbage when they are actively submitting content.


I've been very, very patient waiting for fixes to both of these issues (especially the second). Consequently, I am begging you folks for some attention here to get some fixes in place. Please, please help!
