Hi All, i have a few more queries!

1. Is it possible to edit the standard emails that are sent out, so instead of having Jobroller at the bottom of the email, it has the name of my website instead?
2. I set up a 'Manual Payments' page, and i set it so it doesn't show in the menu's, but is there a way to block this page in htaccess so that only users who are logged in can see this page, or is that already a built in setting?
3. Is there a way so that all job types show in the header, irrespective of whether there are any listings or not? This is because I use the indeed, careerjet and simplyhired plugins to backfill jobs, so in this sense there will always be listings?
